First Aid Training

First Aid at Work Course 4 days
A comprehensive course covering:

  • Incident management and C.P.R. (Cardio pulmonary resuscitation)
  • Treatment of the unconscious, bleeding or burnt casualty
  • Management of a variety of conditions including Stroke, Heart Attack, Epilepsy, Diabetes etc.

First Aid at Work Re-Certification 2 days
A refresher course covering the same syllabus as the four-day course.

Appointed Persons Certificate 4 hours
A course which is recommended by the H.S.E. for low risk situations, where few people are employed, covering:

  • Incident Management
  • C.P.R.
  • Control of Bleeding
  • Management of the unconscious casualty
  • The certificate for the above courses is valid for three years. A first aid manual is included with the four and two day course. Re-Certification must take place before the current certificate expires.
