Functional Restoration Programmes

Run by two highly experienced physiotherapists working in spinal rehabilitation. We offer a 2 day group course aimed at:

‘Back Pain - The Big Picture’ are 2 highly experienced physiotherapists who provide a 2 day course for those suffering from troublesome neck or back pain. This innovative new programme has been shown on clinical trials to reduce pain, disability and distress. Those attending visit their GP four times less, need fewer surgical procedures/investigations and are far more likely to return to activity and work with confidence.
